. 72
Past 3-year average OSHA Recordable Incident Rate for managed contractors for over 2.5 million manhours

At MAC Solutions, we prioritize the OSHA Recordable Rate to enhance safety. By emphasizing incident prevention, conducting thorough investigations, and implementing detailed review and correction processes, we create valuable learning experiences. While we can’t change past incident numbers, we are committed to making significant improvements for a safer future.

A recordable incident rate, sometimes referred to as Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) measures the number of incidents occurring on-site within a given year, based on the work hours of 100 employees. Incidents counted as recordable can range from an employee needing time off due to an injury to someone losing consciousness on the job site.

TRIR: Total Recordable Incident Rate

To determine your total recordable incident rate, start by multiplying the number of on-site incidents by 200,000. Next, divide that result by the total hours worked throughout the year. The figure 200,000 represents the annual working hours of 100 employees.
